Jogging

Hurray! I’ve finally restarted morning jogging sessions! I usually start jogging in March but as our spring weather is still playing truant this year (as well as last year) the dates are slightly moved forward. I adore running in the morning: waking up around 6, having my shake, dressing up and – phew – go, go, go! I never run long distances – it’s not healthy that early in the morning. And, true enough, I’m not doing it for any records or for any life-important purpose of loosing weight – only dogs like bones ;) I absolutely love the feeling after each morning run: tired and fresh at the same time. And when you sit down by your desk around 7:30 it already feels like you’ve worked wonders today.

Coffee cup

Wake up in the morning
Stretch your arms towards the sun
Say something in Chinese
And go to Paris…
Every minute, somewhere in the world there is morning
Somewhere, people stretch their arms towards the sun
They speak new languages, fly from Cairo to Warsaw
They smile and drink coffee together…

Nobody knows me

“I know you, you will” – my friend spitted out yesterday. She was talking about my sense of responsibility but I’m not talking about it now. How often we express the same ideas just knowing some habits of a person? However, a habit is not a law. And even laws might be deviated and violated.

After all, nature of a person is so deep and incomprehensible that it is doubtful whether anyone will ever know anyone well enought to declare something of this kind. Gosh, I can’t even imagine what I can expect from myself… For instance, such thoughts early in the morning…

Now I got lots of friends, yes, but then again, nobody knows me at all…
