Hurray! I’ve finally restarted morning jogging sessions! I usually start jogging in March but as our spring weather is still playing truant this year (as well as last year) the dates are slightly moved forward. I adore running in the morning: waking up around 6, having my shake, dressing up and – phew – go, go, go! I never run long distances – it’s not healthy that early in the morning. And, true enough, I’m not doing it for any records or for any life-important purpose of loosing weight – only dogs like bones I absolutely love the feeling after each morning run: tired and fresh at the same time. And when you sit down by your desk around 7:30 it already feels like you’ve worked wonders today.
